The aloha shirt was born in Hawaii in the 1930s. Its history is closely intertwined with Japan's kimono culture.
NIPOALOHA carries forward the tradition of Japanese-patterned aloha shirts made from kimono, bringing the aesthetics behind them into contemporary clothing.
